Digital Commerce Business Lead


Your challenges

Join Accenture Digital Commerce Operations to drive the continued expansion of one of Accenture’s fastest-growing offerings.

Grasp the opportunity to maximizes commerce sales by delivery experiences that optimizes, evolves and scales the buying and selling processes, ensuring growth and help brands delivering excellent digital experiences our client’s consumers across B2B/B2C/B2B2C channels.

  • Define and Contribute to sales target, governance and management of short term and long-term sales targets 
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the Regional sales team building
  • Ensure successful transition from sales to delivery and position in collaboration with the Account Management
  • Serve as the face of Digital Commerce Operations (externally and internally), participating in Digital Commerce industry key events and publishing points of views
  • Recognize opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services evaluating new business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be the Key Contact for delivery in collaboration with global Accenture and/or client teams, attending the planning meetings to collect client expectations
  • Manage all financials including capturing additional sales opportunities, forecasting, and invoicing
  • Drive operational reporting and KPIs and collaborates with other Delivery Leads to share best practices and efficiencies
  • Provide the delivery of all contracted services and meeting all service level agreements
  • Design new content solutions to fully leverage the converged divisions of sales, marketing & customer service to execute on the vision of best customer experiences every time, everyplace, everywhere
  • Steer innovation and thought leadership in the industry and market
  • Develop new metrics that properly evaluate the Digital Commerce Services experience
  • Scale a new End-to-End Digital Commerce approach across our activation network
  • Work with data and analytics to create a predictive behavioral approach that demonstrably delivers business outcomes for clients

Why we would choose you? The challenges you face reflect your ambitions; this is your chance. To stand out and face them in the best way you have:

  • Minimum of 6 years Business Development experience in Digital Commerce and/or Digital Marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering Marketing Commerce Services related work within a large, heavily matrixed company environment
  • Knowledge of the End-to-End marketing space from defining marketing plans, campaign definition, content production methods, and/ or analytic insights that drive next best action
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
  • A bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You love to share and learn different things
