Become part of our international network of Geographic Services talents. Actively collaborate with our leadership and leverage the most advanced technologies to provide support to services and facilities. In particular, for our Milano office, we are looking for a resource to be included in the Location Facilities team where he will be responsible for the management of the work environment, structures, buildings and services provided at the Accenture headquarters as construction and maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics and/or warehousing services.

Key responsibilities, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide oversight to plan and execute meeting and event experiences in an agile, innovative and truly human way, reflecting a customer-centric and operationally effective approach. Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service through an environment of hospitality. Includes event logistics, attendee engagement, venue and vendor procurement, budget management, provision of planning and technology services/support, event execution, and reporting.
  • Adapts communication style and response time to consider customer seniority, situation, and support dedicated planning approach
  • Provides inputs, manages or assists in the development of overall meeting logistics and attendee experience in support of event objectives.
  • Uses technology to manage or support the planning processes for meeting, including meeting registrations, approval, budget and actual spend, calendars, meeting logistics, attendee registrations, reporting, and to seek customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinates support of event budget and completion of procurement processes like deposits, purchase orders, billing and final reconciliation
  • Establishes relationships and collaborates with internal teams and service providers to ensure competitive costs and consistent delivery of service, including supporting the resolution of escalations related to meeting and events

Le tue caratteristiche

  • At least 2 years’ experience related to similar role in multinational companies with complex organizations
  • Ability to maintain relationships with external suppliers, monitoring the quality of the service.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Good knowledge of the English language
