Location: Milan, Rome, Turin.
Your Challenges:
Joining our Industry X team of experts, you will help developing Industry X Product Engineering Services practice and portfolio. As a Service Engineering expert, you will be facing several different challenges:
Support the definition of Service Engineering offer portfolio;
Coordination of complex projects including client interaction and team management also considering multi-ethnicity and working on different time zones;
After Sales process analysis, standardization, performance tracking and continuous improvement;
Identify best practices and strategy definition for their deployment;
Ecosystem and partnership screening and nurturing.
You will be involved in mid-long term clients’ transformation programs, definition of new operating models and coordination of service teams.

Job Qualifications:

Master Degree in an STEM discipline;
5-10 years of experience in aftersales, customer support and service management preferably in Automotive or Aerospace Industry ;
Proven experience in:
- Data analysis and reporting;
- Service setup and governance;
- Sub-contractors management;
Experience with working in multi-cultural teams;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Preferred experience on specific industrial standards;
Ability to collaborate with clients and organize activities for your service team;
English proficiency .
