Your Challenges
Accompany our customers’ business model evolution by adopting innovative end-to-end Salesforce solutions which can generate Customer Engagement using the latest features, such as AI, Einstein and Lightning.
Based on your experience, attitudes and industry knowledge, you will be involved in Accenture areas which are closest to you, Technology, Consulting or Digital and at different levels in the following activities:
- Designing sustainable business digital and cloud transformation strategies
- Needs and requirement analysis based on understanding processes, industry aspects and dialogue with customer contacts and our experienced developer team
- Defining project roadmaps and work team coordination to search for solutions, plan project activities and check the correct implementation
- Designing and implementing innovative, scalable and flexible solutions based on the Salesforce platform
- Impact and functional analyses and integration of Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ process systems on Salesforce modules
- Designing test and test-case campaigns and testing support

- Experience in consulting or system integration companies
- Participated in important SALESFORCE or CRM Dynamics, CRM SAP digital transformation projects, in one or more of the following industries: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Product…
- Knowledge of CRM Sales, Customer Services, Marketing processes - from lead acquisitions to customer development & retention
- Knowledge of application architectures based on the "omnichannel customer experience" and the cloud
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodology project management
- You have a technical-scientific degree
- Ideally you have Salesforce certifications
- You stand out with your teamworking and problem solving skills
- You speak and write English fluently
- You love to share and learn different things
