Retail Marketing Field Coach - Automotive


Your challenges

  • Managing relationships with the Italian sales network of one of the world’s most prestigious car manufacturers to ensure the implementation of the parent company’s marketing plan.
  • You will define and implement CRM activities and local marketing initiatives.
  • Supporting dealers in multi-channel and multi-tool optimisation of promotional initiatives, establish sales points and organise regional events.
  • You will contribute to the marketing event organisation at a central level
  • Periodically checking the project’s progress according to the plan, highlighting critical aspects and opportunities.

  • You have a degree and at least two years of Marketing and Communication experience, including as a consultant/coach.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of the Marketing and Communication levers and the main tools and channels of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and the various Analytics tools.
  • The car market holds no secrets for you
  • You are an expert in managing customer satisfaction
  • You can analyse key performance and process indicators and write action plans
  • You express yourself in English well
  • You are familiar with the Office software package
  • You like to drive your car and you don't have problems travelling for business to meet dealers in the region
  • You are proactive, can handle critical situations and communicate at all levels, including top management
  • You know of no problems, just challenges that require suitable solutions
