Network Deal Execution Senior Manager

What you will do
Your aim will be to bring change and added value to the Gallia region’s leading telecom operators using new industrial capabilities and technology solutions.
Your telco expertise will successfully design and lead transformational plays in the telecommunications space.
You will proficiently handle client relationships with leadership to run successful big deals.
In your role you will:
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client organisation decision makers or influencers to drive business development activities.
  • Understand the breadth of offerings and thought leadership which will bring the best of Accenture through sales and delivery of functional and industry business services solutions.
  • Shape and manage big deals with Client Account and Network leadership to create winning and compelling sales campaign strategies.
  • Assist in coordination of sales campaigns using a compliant win strategy
  • Support the creation of proposal materials (RFI, RFPs etc.) oral presentations and other key events in the sales process.
  • Assist with crucial contracting terms and conditions, deal shaping and financial structuring, including pricing strategies and performance-based contracting elements
  • Build diverse, engaged and inclusive teams among clients and the local and virtual communities
Who you are
You are a smart person. You have flexibility and problem-solving skills, which are essential to deal with multi-tower propositions. The ideal candidate has leadership, high ethical standards and strong motivation together with the following requirements:
  • At least six years of sales leadership experience for a consulting or services firm, serving international clients and managing teams across multiple locations 
  • Experience selling and driving transformational initiatives across an enterprise
  • Deep functional knowledge across a network including:

    • Network Deployment – Architecture / Planning / Deployment/Analytics
    • Operations – Activation / Fulfilment / Field Installation/Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning/Robotic process automation
    • Network Digitisation – Next Gen services / Digital Transformation/Network Virtualisation

  • Understanding telecom companies’ business drivers, strategic priorities and industry evolving trends
  • Preferably prior experience leading large projects including handling clients, scope, risks and issues, schedules and progress, resources and people, third party vendors, etc.
