As a Strategy Consultant, You will contribute in a proactive way to the technological transformation of the most important companies operating in Communications, Media & High Tech markets.
Acting with autonomy and authority within multi-functional teams, You will represent the point of connection between the technical lines and the supporting functions committed to define the new operational model and estimate the impact of this transformation.
You will follow various TLC projects to design, implement and optimize new virtualisation and automation programs for telecommunications networks that will revolutionize our Clients’ organizational and business models.
In particular, You will be involved in the following activities:
  • Impact analysis on current operating model and target model design
  • Customer TCO impacts analysis from Virtualization and Automation
  • Reengineering of processes impacted by network transformation
  • Activities Planning related to Deployment of Virtualization Solutions
  • Analysis and collection of functional requirements resulting from interaction with the Top Management Board
  • Drafting of the Functional Documentation.


What makes the difference
  • Telecommunications Background with specialisation in networks, with solid knowledge of SDN and NFV paradigms
  • Former experience in Network area projects (4/5G, FTTx, SDN, NFV)
  • Excellent knowledge of storage, networking and computing activities and solutions
  • Good knowledge of standards for ITIL and eTOM digital network and service management systems.
  • Deep experience in developing associated business cases and plans which are detailed, actionable and aligned with industry best practices
  • Good business acumen to find the best way to support key strategic pillar with technology
  • Basic knowledge of key emerging methodology (Agile, DevOps, Design thinking) and how to use it to improve NTW related department
  • Minimum of Master’s Degree (ei. Master o specialist university courses) in TLC Engineering
  • Good knowledge of written and oral English
  • Excellent synthesis and representation of results, technical and functional requirements
  • Results-oriented approach and excellent problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork
  • Practice of MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Availability to travel
