The offer is focused on consultancy services and System Integration into CRM, WEB application and Digital Marketing environment addressed to the Large Customer Market (Enterprise) into Media, TLC, Utility, Banking & Insurance, Fashion and other Industry sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of international projects in CRM Siebel or Salesforce environment, in coordination with the company management supporting all the evolutionary phases and ensuring the output quality, the respect of timing and budget restrictions 
  • Analysis and business processes design activities: sales, customer service, campaign management and marketing on CRM Siebel or Salesforce application
  • Experience in the design of application architecture, maps and systems integration for large companies 
  • Planning and coordinating the activities of working teams and the allocation of resources 
  • Customer’s needs analysis identifying the higher value-added solutions.
  • Minimum 4/6 years of experience in consultancy or System Integration firms, in the management, design and realization of CRM systems (Siebel or Salesforce) preferably into the Telco, Media and Utilities sectors;
  • Leadership, proactivity and ability to manage complex issues; 
  • Excellent problem solving skills; 
  • Professional working knowledge of English 
  • Desirable Spanish as additional language 
  • Willingness to travel.

Priority will be given to candidates who know the Order Management processes and Sales Catalogue Management.
