Solution Architect will be part of the Solution Innovation team in EMEA and will join Sales and Opportunity team to understand client expectations, market & industry dynamics, to architecture solution which will leverage the best and the greatest of Accenture offering & assets and to shape value proposal Business Outcome led.

Solution Architect will be judge around the following main points: 

  • SA has a seat at the at the table of our Clients 
  •  SA knows the BPO market and competition and can build differentiated solutions 
  • SA understands our vision for Operations and can integrate full spectrum of assets into Solutions 
  •  SA can confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy 
  • SA can build a Client journey to As-A-Service and the Operations model of the Future 
  • SA can understand the competitive landscape and know how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture

Financial & Account SA will join the global network with F&A Capability leads, F&A Offering lead, F&A analytics team, F&A Business Advisors.

He / She will manage multi tower deals (owning the solution end to end and managing other Solution Architects shaping other offering towers for this same opportunity.

He / She will manage & monitor the opportunity pipeline, understand the priorities, provide reporting to his management, manage demand & supply.

He / She will need to build strong network within Sales & Account team.

He / She will execute Accenture strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New.

He / She will drive innovation into Financial and Accounting domain shifting the client from traditional F&A to Digital F&A transformation.

He / She should know Products industry or Telecommunication industry.

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Ability to have a seat at the table with the client
  • Ability to shape a C-level value proposal including the latest and the greatest of Accenture, highly differentiative and compelling proposal fitting to client expectations and addressing client challenged
  • Ability to drive true solution differentiation through automation, analytics, liquid, cloud, technology stack, As a Service, etc
  • Ability to define indicative Business Case at early stage of the Sales process with minimal data and guidance
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture
  • Ability to confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy
  • Think out of the box / Forward Thinking
  • Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation
  • Ability to manage complex deal, complex situation
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required
  • Can stand up and be pro-active
  • Business Process Services in F&A
  • Automation in F&A BPS
  • Analytics in F&A domain
  • ERP Cloud knowledge (nice to have)
