Arjun Bedi leads the Diamond Client Leadership Council, Accenture’s global strategic portfolio of clients. The portfolio is comprised of more than 200 of Accenture’s largest and most strategic clients across industries and represents a significant portion of Accenture’s global revenues. Arjun is also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
Arjun has more than 30 years of experience in the life sciences, biotech, health and products industries. He leads two of Accenture’s largest global strategic client relationships within life sciences in addition to leading the Diamond Client Leadership Council.
Arjun has held several leadership and management roles in the past two decades. He led Accenture’s life sciences portfolio of clients while also serving as the Growth & Strategy Lead for Accenture's Products North America business. Prior to that he led the Life Sciences High Growth (Biotech) Portfolio, establishing a new segment and growing it significantly, including establishing new relationships at six of the top 10 biotech clients. Before that Arjun led Accenture’s health and life sciences R&D business globally, tripling revenues in six years while improving profitability, scale and talent. He also founded and leads the Health & Life Sciences Industry CEO Roundtable, now it in its seventh year.
Arjun is a seasoned leader whose expertise spans both strategy and execution. He has extensive experience in helping shape and execute strategies that drive improved shareholder value. His functional expertise includes R&D, commercial, digital/IT, finance, post-merger integration and shared services. Most recently, Arjun has helped clients focus on innovative approaches leveraging digital technologies to create opportunities for revenue uplift and optimized operations.
Arjun volunteers in his local church and is an active supporter of disadvantaged children through his charitable foundation in India. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Wilma Theater in Philadelphia.
Arjun joined Accenture in 1989 and was named partner in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree (honors) in economics from Delhi University in India and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Temple University’s, Fox School of Business.
