By being part of this team, you will work a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 at our office in Bucharest / Brasov.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;

  • Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;

  • Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;

  • Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;

  • Provide input for payroll;

  • Create HR documents such as reference letters;

  • Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;

  • Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed

Qualifikationen

Skills that make your work successful:

  • You have B2 French & English language skills;

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Experience in HR, Customer Service, or related fields is nice to have.

  • Negotiation skills;

  • You communicate easily;

  • You are a team-player;

  • You can solve urgent matters.
