💼 What you’ll do
As a Strategy & Consulting Intern – Banking & Capital Markets, you will:
- ✅ Support consulting teams on real client projects in the financial services sector, contributing from day one
- ✅ Prepare client‑ready deliverables (presentations, analyses, documentation) with strong attention to quality and structure
- ✅ Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities
- ✅ Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops (agenda preparation, note‑taking, synthesis of outcomes)
- ✅ Contribute to transformation topics such as asset management, credits, payments, AI‑enabled transformation, KYC / AML and regulatory initiatives
- ✅ Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, data and technology
- ✅ Gradually build client exposure and professional presence, learning how to communicate clearly and empathetically
- ✅ Apply Accenture methodologies, tools and best practices, supported by on‑the‑job coaching and structured training
- ✅ Participate in knowledge sharing, research and community initiatives within the B&CM practice

Qualifikationen
🎓 What we’re looking for
You are someone who:
- 🎓 Is a final‑year Bachelor or Master student (business, economics, finance, engineering or similar)
- 📊 Has strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and an interest in complex transformation challenges
- 🧠 Demonstrates curiosity and a learning mindset, eager to build consulting foundations
- ⚡ Is comfortable working in a structured, fast‑paced project environment with high quality standards
- 🤝 Enjoys collaborating in diverse, international and team‑based settings
- 🗣️ Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
- 💼 Has a strong interest in financial services (asset management, credits, payments, AI, KYC / AML)
- ✅ Shows ownership and accountability, managing priorities and raising issues proactively
- 🌍 Is open‑minded, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- 🌐 Is fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets
