The Team
The Design & Digital Products team is part of Accenture Song. We’re an all-star team of growth strategists, creative designers, and product builders who thrive on turning bold ideas into impactful realities. We think, we plot, and we create products and experiences that help our clients solve problems and unlock new values. Our work spans the full product lifecycle: from envisioning future-fit strategies and building prototypes to launching products and scaling capabilities. Whether it’s crafting digital products that people love or improving business performance through technology, data and AI, we are passionate about building experiences and bridging the gap between brand promise and expectations.
D&DP consists of 3 sub-teams:
- Advisory: Focuses on what are the right products and services to meet customers’ needs and deliver breakthrough experiences. E.g. Growth Strategy, Product & Service Vision, Proposition Design, and Proof of Concept Creation.
- Creative: Excels in the design of new experiences and products and continuously refining these services. E.g. XP Design & Build, UI/UX Design, Product & Service Design.
- Customer Tech: The customer tech team creates digital solutions from scratch by transforming digital strategies into final products. E.g. Product Management, Digital Factories, Product & Service Growth, Architecture.
The Role
As a Business Designer within D&DP, you operate as a trusted strategic partner to client leadership teams. You shape growth agendas, define future-fit propositions, and lead multidisciplinary teams to translate business ambition into scalable digital products, services and experiences. You balance strategic depth with practical execution, from C-level conversations to market-ready solutions.
You bring a strong understanding of one or more of our focus industries (CG&S, Retail, FS, or H&PS) and are able to translate market dynamics, competitive forces, and emerging technology trends into relevant growth, innovation, and digital strategy for clients.

Qualifikationen
Here’s what you’ll need
- 5+ years of experience in business design, product strategy, growth strategy, venture building, customer-centric methodologies, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience in operating senior client-facing advisory roles and facilitating executive-level workshops to shape problem definitions and drive strategic direction.
- A strong commercial and growth mindset, understanding how strategy translates into revenue growth and long-term value creation.
- Strong track record in building business cases, value frameworks, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- A foundation in service and product design, combining visual thinking, prototyping, design thinking, and strategic storytelling skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing talent.
- Excellent English (and Dutch) written and spoken communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful way.
- Strong experience leveraging AI, data, and digital capabilities as strategic enablers.
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in our key focus industries (CG&S, Retail, FS, or H&PS).
- A proven entrepreneurial mindset with experience shaping your own start-up ideas or working closely with early-stage businesses.
- Hands-on track record developing and scaling agentic AI solutions, intelligent agents, and AI-powered workflows to accelerate insight generation, decision-making, and product innovation.
