Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking passionate experts in AI ethics, policy, and regulation, as well as individuals with strong technical knowledge of AI and a deep passion for technology and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will:
Evaluate and measure algorithms to ensure transparency, fairness, and reliability.
Identify and manage AI-related risks, transforming them into strategic opportunities.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-sector environment, with a vision to shape and influence global AI standards and policies.
Bring a technical understanding of AI systems and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring the potential of AI and emerging technologies.
Help clients harness the power of AI responsibly, driving innovation and delivering meaningful value.
Locations: Assago, Roma
Travel: it may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
The Work:
Drive Responsible AI projects by engaging prospective clients, shaping proposals, and leading delivery.
Advise on policy, standards, regulations, operating models, governance, and controls for Responsible/Ethical AI.
Act as a subject matter expert within data science and transformation teams.
Support sales conversations and proposals for Responsible AI initiatives.
Manage and deliver client projects, providing guidance to senior leadership and client teams.
Monitor and assess developments in AI policy, standards, and regulations.
Build and maintain insights on AI regulation trends and engage with key stakeholders in the policy space.
Represent and position Accenture’s Responsible AI perspective with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifikationen
Here’s what you need:
Join us to lead Responsible AI projects from end to end — engaging clients, shaping proposals, and delivering ethical, compliant AI solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations on AI policies, standards, governance frameworks, and global regulatory developments.
Work closely with data science and transformation teams to provide strategic guidance, support project delivery, and advise senior leaders. Evaluate algorithms for transparency, fairness, and reliability, manage AI-related risks, and turn them into opportunities for innovation and value creation. Contribute to shaping global AI standards, build insights on regulatory trends, and represent Accenture’s Responsible AI perspective. Drive responsible AI adoption, influence business outcomes, and help shape industry practices.
Requirements & Skills:

5+ years in management consulting, with experience in Responsible AI, data science, or AI regulation.

Strong knowledge of Data & AI compliance, risk management, and governance.

Skilled in stakeholder management and project delivery.

Bonus: published research or legal expertise in Responsible AI.
