How you’ll make an impact:
Operational Oversight and Escalation Management:
- Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation teams as needed.
- Ensure smooth operations through proactive problem-solving and process optimization.
Vendor Management and Solution Delivery:
- Lead discussions with vendors on cost optimization and delivering value to the client.
- Act as a bridge between the client and vendors to address concerns and provide effective solutions.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of processes and equipment.
- Manage vendor tickets, backlog, and ensure adherence to SLAs with a focus on continuous improvement.
Client and Relationship Management:
- Serve as the local point of contact for the client, representing Accenture Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Clients, Vendors and business users.
- Regularly engage with senior client representatives to manage expectations, especially during critical incidents.
Qualifikationen
Skills that make your work successful:
- Bachelor`s degree with an emphasis on the area of IT or comparable professional education
- Organizational and planning skills, combined with the ability to react flexibly to changing conditions
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication (written and oral), interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills in English - German desirable
- Longer term experience in IT Service Delivery and Vendor Management
- Ability to lead and built teams, strong presentation skills
- An ITIL certification
- A foundational Cloud certification will be advantageous
