You will support our clients in improving their service and CRM processes by working as a technical expert with an international team on IT transformation projects from conception to go-live.

Your daily work
Build customer relationships and understand customer needs: You will advise our clients to help them transform their business models in a platform-driven, digital environment and become true customer-centric businesses by translating business needs into technical architectures.
Accompany the digitization of multinational companies: Within the project team, you will work with experienced colleagues to shape end-to-end customer management with new CRM, Contact Centre, AI/Bot, Voice of the Customer (VoC) or Loyalty platforms.
Work in a highly innovative environment: You will work with an international team that shares passion and expertise for platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sprinklr, Nice, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, or Qualtrics. You will record the technical requirements and show clients which platforms and technologies, or which provider is best suited to fulfil these requirements.
Create change with Accenture: After the selection of providers, you will accompany the platform implementations from a technical perspective in close cooperation with a team of developers.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
Completed studies or relevant experience (3+ years) in the IT field and ideally previous consulting experience.
You bring technical expertise in the functionality and knowledge of the architecture of some of the relevant CRM, CCaaS, Bot, VoC or Loyalty platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Sprinklr, Nice, Microsoft Dynamics, Genesys, Qualtrics, ...) as well as a sound knowledge of customer-centred service and CRM processes.
Communication is your strong point, and you can express yourself clearly and confidently in English, German is a plus.
