Your mission

As Strategic Negotiation Lead, you establish and manage relationships with client leadership and legal personnel. You will lead negotiation activities for key deals, creating positive outcomes for both Accenture and our clients. Your responsibilities will include handling any disputes, while ensuring client expectations are met throughout the negotiation process. Utilizing your exceptional skills, you will effectively and creatively balance interests and synthesize solutions. You should also be prepared to make occasional business trips to support your efforts.

Your daily work

  • Execute our global negotiation strategy.
    You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement our negotiation approaches. You primarily focus on complex projects, offering your expert negotiation support and deep insights into root-cause trends and project remediation.
     
  • Champion principled conduct.
    You are responsible for ensuring global compliance with all requirements and input from legal, commercial, and corporate transaction services teams in every deal negotiation. In this way, you significantly contribute to fostering lasting and successful client relationships.
     
  • Share your expertise.
    As an advocate for customer-oriented negotiation processes, you coach and mentor managers and project teams, empowering them to handle negotiations independently. Whether closing deals or anticipating disputes, your guidance ensures they align with our global negotiation strategy.
     

Qualifikationen

Who you are

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Law or related field and have at least 12 years of relevant experience in negotiation and dispute resolution.
  • Your exceptional executive presence and ability to engage with high-level stakeholders empower you to influence key decisions effectively.
  • Your financial acumen and sharp business judgment set you apart.
  • Communication is your strong point and you express yourself clearly and confidently in both German and English.
  • Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA), or holding a professional certification is a valuable asset.
