Your mission
As an Advisor Manager for Responsible AI, you will take the lead in creating and implementing policies, regulations, guidelines, and standards for AI. By closely collaborating with clients, you will adapt projects to meet their unique requirements. Your role ensures that the development and deployment of AI technologies by our clients are ethical, transparent, and accountable. In this capacity, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI governance across various sectors.

Your daily work
- Provide guidance in AI governance.
Drawing on your expertise, you will offer invaluable insights and actionable recommendations to our clients. You will help them align their AI technologies with societal values through ethical frameworks.
- Tailor solutions for responsible AI.
You will contribute to the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to both existing and prospective clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI developments.
Keeping abreast of AI regulations, you will advocate Accenture’s perspective among key clients and stakeholders. In collaboration with academic institutions, you will lead innovative research and provide training and resources to our clients through the Responsible AI Academy.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
- As a highly qualified individual, you bring at least seven years of experience in data and AI regulation, policy development, and the design and implementation of operating models, governance structures, and controls.
- Your background includes work in government or legislative development, as well as collaboration with regulators, standards bodies, or participation in multilateral groups.
- With at least five years of relevant work experience, you have adeptly used business analysis to address complex business challenges.
- Your expertise in data ethics and responsible AI governance significantly elevates your profile.
- You speak English and German with remarkable fluent.
