Your daily work
Lead innovative projects.
You will lead and manage multiple international teams of agile and cross-functional developers providing clear direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure adherence to the project plan. Proactively identify and address deviations, recommend corrective actions as needed.
Handle business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.Conduct regular reviews, provide frequent feedback, and ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Analyze client requirements, prioritize and document them, and ensure effective communication of requirements to the developing team.

Successfully lead the team in delivering high-quality software solutions and services for a wide variety of stakeholders from Shopfloor worker to higher management. Guarantee our clients success - the biggest commercial aircraft manufacturer- by fostering strong relationships.
Qualifikationen
Who you are
Completed technical studies or comparable course of studies (e.g. computer science, communications or electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, etc.).
Professional experience in aerospace industry, with the biggest aircraft manufacturer and a high affinity to software development.
Fluent English, German and French language skills are desirable.
High customer and team orientation.
Experience in Project management.
