1)Key Responsibilities -

Seeking a highly skilled GitHub Copilot Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and scale agentic AI-driven solutions across the software development and operations lifecycle. This role will drive intelligent automation, enhance developer productivity, and enable autonomous decision-making systems within the enterprise ecosystem.

2)Technical Experience

Experience in Agentic Solution Development
Design and implement AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.
Build multi-agent workflows for incident management, automation, and system optimization.
Integrate agentic frameworks into enterprise platforms (DevOps, SRE, ITSM).
GitHub Copilot Enablement
Drive adoption and customization of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams.
Develop Copilot extensions, prompt strategies, and governance frameworks.
Establish best practices for AI-assisted coding and secure usage.
LLM Engineering
Design, fine-tune, and deploy solutions using models like GPT-4 / Claude.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and evaluation pipelines.
Automation & SRE Integration
Build AI-driven remediation and self-healing systems.
Integrate AI agents with monitoring and observability tools.
Build scalable backend systems using Python/Node.js.
Deploy AI services on cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Governance & Responsible AI
Ensure secure, compliant, and ethical use of AI.
Define guardrails, monitoring, and audit frameworks for AI systems.
