The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and change control processes.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project dependencies.
- Experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and consensus.
- Capability to analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
