You will play a crucial role in driving sales success and team performance in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Experience in managing sales teams and driving performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
