You are:   

Concentric, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a VP Strategy Director who strategically partners with senior clients and 

Drives the overall strategic vision for global clients, including unearthing insights by leveraging our proprietary data and behavioral science tools and driving big ideas and meaningful healthcare experiences. 

 

The Work: 

    • Develop a strong understanding of our client’s customer and their needs and behaviors 

    • Partner closely with your counterparts in Creative, inspiring fresh, original creative ideas that are rooted in culture, and in human and business insights 

    • Own the quality of the creative brief and briefing process 

    • Develop strong working relationships with counterparts in Account, Creative, and with clients – forming the basis of trust and action to move the strategic vision and creative ideas into reality 

    • Always be looking outside of the ‘client ask’ for growth opportunities tied to current and new insights and data 

    • Have an eye on the market and competitor landscape for shifts, global perspective, and insights 

    • Participate in and lead Agency new business pitches for Strategy – delivering big ideas through insight discovery and market assessments 

    • Develop thought leadership pieces for both the agency and clients 

    • As a Vice President, you are a leader who is responsible for acting in the best interest of CHX, our employees, clients, and partners through embodying our core values, being a positive force for growth for your team, brands, and the agency, and leading the way to advance our mission 

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • 7+ years of experience using strategic thinking to elevate brands, either client side or agency with a focus on healthcare preferred. 

  • A track record of brilliant sound strategic thinking that leads to unexpected, creative, and business results 

  • Understanding of measurement frameworks and data sets, familiarity with media measurement, data visualization tools, performance reporting and optimizations. 

 

Bonus points if: 

  • A track record of brilliant sound strategic thinking that leads to unexpected, creative, and business results 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience  

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
