You are: 

In your role within our Industry X team, you’ll help clients take advantage of significant market opportunities as digital technology moves into the core of industry in product development and manufacturing environments.  You’ll help them transform their product, manufacturing and product related services value chains in Products, Communications, Media, High Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas and Utilities.  As part of Accenture Industry X, you’ll benefit from tailored career management and specialist skills that will fuel your ambitions in the Industry X space.

Responsibilities of the Engineering Systems ALM Codebeamer Manager may include:

  • Experience with PTC Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management tool (ALM)
  • Codebeamer implementation and data migration experience
  • Codebeamer Configuration, Variant, Test management experience
  • Experience in ALM platform and toolchain integrations with Jira, Jenkins, Github, etc
  • Good understanding of Embedded Software DevOps processes and CI/CD pipeline management
  • Relevant Industry experience in Automotive, Industrial, Medical or Aerospace Client facing solution confirmation and driving industry standard adoption

Qualifications

Here’s what you need: 

  • 1 year Experience with PTC Codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management tool (ALM)
  • 1 year Codebeamer implementation and data migration experience
  • 2 years of Codebeamer Configuration, Variant, Test management experience
  • Functional knowledge of Requirements Management, Systems Modeling, and MBSE processes IBM Doors/Polarion/Windchill RV&S skills
  • 2 years of experience in ALM platform
  • Embedded Software DevOps processes and CI/CD pipeline management knowledge

Bonus points if:

  • Functional knowledge of Requirements Management, Systems Modeling, and MBSE processes IBM Doors/Polarion/Windchill RV&S skills  
  • Relevant Industry experience in Automotive, Industrial, Medical or Aerospace Client facing solution confirmation and driving industry standard adoption
  • Good analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Experience managing teams of 5 or more people.
  • Systems Implementation methodology knowledge (Agile Methodology, Waterfall).
  • Proactive demonstrated ability to search and provide information on the key industry challenges and trends and apply new technology to, and reusing existing technology for, end to end R&D and Engineering business processes.
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and the ability to produce results.
  • Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed.
  • Able to comfortably manage multiple tasks, communicate status, escalate issues and juggle competing priorities.
  • Ability to understand business needs, articulate trade-offs, and discuss solutions with business and development teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $ 169,400-$196,000

Colorado $146,300-$170,000

New York $135,000-$196,000
