Job Description

Quality Engineering Architecture Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Architecture Associate Manager in Minneapolis, MN, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Apply business and functional knowledge to develop quality end-to-end testing architectures.
  • Advise on innovative testing products and solutions to enable seamless experiences across the ecosystem.
  • Leverage quality assurance practices and Accenture methodologies to transform client processes and applications.
  • Define and build automation frameworks that will best fit the client.
  • Define test models (plans, data, scripts, and expected results) and entry/exit criteria.
  • Define, track, and publish test metrics for client reporting on different phases of testing.
  • Execute different testing phases and deliver application and component releases ensuring it adheres to acceptance criteria and business operating procedures per test architecture.
  • Coordinate and execute test automation, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide and manage time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.
  • Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
  • Lead others on the testing team and manage process questions and issues.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management and adhere to strategic direction provided.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing HP Agile Manager and Jira tools for agile methodology;
  • Designing master test strategy for functional, end-to-end testing, and test environment and automation approach; and
  • Designing test solutions in planning, establishing, and executing manual and automation test scripts.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Architecting different test phases of custom and enterprise solutions;
  • Utilizing PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting;
  • Conducting defect triage meetings with development and business teams; and
  • Designing and implementing test automation framework using Tosca.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
