An IT Operations Sr. Analyst who will provide technical support to Accenture Federal Services (AFS) people in the Arlington, VA office, as well as remote support around the US, to ensure that IT services are delivered to meet business needs.
Special focus on Workstation Compliance, includes resolving software and hardware issues to ensure device is compliant
Key member of the Workstation Compliance sub-team, handles the LTS-Asset Management queue
Identifies potential issues of non-compliance for analysis and possible resolution or escalation
Attends the weekly Non Polling Ticket Remediation meeting
Collaborate with other colleagues from across support teams to advance risk mitigation of non-compliance activities
Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with his/her work and key resolutions of non-compliancy device including asset recovery
Immediately report problems/failures that may have significant impact to AFS and/or its clients/customers compliancy
Receives and responds to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate
Completes hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoots software, and completes other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary
Hours are 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday, in the office, with infrequent overtime
Hours are not flexible
Occasional travel to other offices may be required
Here's What You Need:
U.S. Citizenship required
1 year work experience supporting/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and MacOS
1 year work experience support/troubleshooting Microsoft O365
1 year work experience providing customer service
CompTIA A+ certification
Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
Mobile device (Android, iOS) support
Experience repairing Dell laptops
Previous work on US Federal engagements
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
New York City: $67,500-$99,500
