Accenture CN Automotive Practice has deep expertise in delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Dealer Management, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer performance Management, Process Automation & Digitization, Zero Based Spend & Spend analysis, Peer Benchmarking, Value Architecture, Process Improvement, IoT and Analytics, Eco-system Partner Assessment, Sales & Aftersales Transformation for multiple distinguished clients across the globe.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience working with Go-To-Market / Business Development functions in the Automotive and/or Consulting Industry
- Minimum of five years experience in one or more of the key automotive areas – Sales and experience transformation, Platform (S4 HANA) and process transformation.
- Bachelors Degree required, Master of Business Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Management preferred
- Should have demonstrated deep understanding of Automotive domain and subject matter expertise through sales, client delivery, thought capital, asset building or offering development, or a combination thereof
- Experience of leading medium to large teams on large scale engagements, preferably with technology component. Should have experience with delivery planning, staffing, resource quality management, client expectation management. Responsibilities may include Go-To-Market strategy inputs, enabling transformation
- Experience of leading sales end to end, from origination to RFP response, client pitch and sales closure. Should have demonstrated client relationship building qualities on projects/ sales
- Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively
- Experience in working senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
- Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead teams independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong program and project management skills. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516-$288,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
