Job Description

The Product & Services Strategy Operations Lead is a key member of Accenture’s Cyber Threat Intelligence Product Strategy & Business Development (PSBD) team. This position reports directly to the PSBD Team’s Director and is responsible for leading the PSBD Team’s daily operations to include, but not limited to, strategy, oversight, and implementation of the PSBD team’s objectives and key results, Accenture CTI’s strategic roadmap, knowledge management, and functioning as a liaison between the PSBD Team and other Accenture Security organizations. This role directly supports Accenture CTI sales and business development initiatives where required, vendor procurement management, as well as CTI Services Leads, Product Leads, and Customer Success Leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically direct, oversee, and implement the PSBD Team’s Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure they are being met and in alignment with the broader ACTI OKRs.
  • Work with PSBD Leads to identify and strategize new opportunities to provide unique CTI to clients.
  • Foster & manage relationships with other Accenture Security organizations to include AARO, CIFR, and CTAS to stay abreast of opportunities where CTI could be solutioned.
  • Work with PSBD Product Leads to ensure all required applications and technology are compliant with Accenture guidance.
  • Ensure PSBD Team’s Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams pages are kept up-to-date with the most relevant information, data, and collateral.
  • Work with the Accenture Security internal website managers to ensure that the internal ACTI website has the most current collateral as well as socializing upcoming ACTI events and webinars through Yammer.
  • Drive internal initiatives to streamline feedback from clients to the PSBD Team to the Analysis teams (GTT, Vuln, & Recon).
  • Support weekly, monthly, & quarterly deliverables to ACTI senior leadership as directed by the PSBD Director.
  • Fuse customer feedback and market analysis together to inform CTI Services Strategy.
  • Drive business strategies to ensure market unit leads, sales, and industry OG groups are accurately representing and capturing Accenture CTI core competencies.
  • Understand CTI service integration techniques and technology integration capabilities thereby ensuring clients are getting the most out of the Accenture CTI service and products.
  • Ensure WBS codes are readily available for RFI’s, threat assessments, and ad-hoc work PRIOR to work being tasked to Accenture CTI Analysis and Research teams.
  • Collaborate with Accenture CTI’s Business DevOps team and support client lead generation through capability demonstrations and CTI philosophy through the lens of our global intelligence collections management program.
  • Support vendor procurement and CTI data source supplier initiatives and tasks.
  • Maintain Account Management Team’s Confluence pages with up-to-date information.
  • Champion the Accenture CTI Brand and be a trusted advisor – both internal and external.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years working in Cyber Security or Cyber Threat Intelligence operations environments (Consumer or Producer) – Ideally both.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a CTI team responsible for collecting and reporting on complex cyber threat operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing and developing CTI service products and deliverables. 
  • Minimum of 2 years Client Engagement & Service Delivery Management experience.

Required Skills

  • CTI practitioner expertise (Consumer & Producer) – Strategic, Operational, and Tactical CTI disciplines
  • Demonstrated understanding of cyber threat intelligence concepts and principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and report on highly complex cyber threats to tell a story for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships and work with procurement teams at large corporations while aligning to budgetary restrictions and objectives.
  • Expertise with a variety of cyber threat attack operations, TTPs, advanced threat groups, cyber criminal operations, cyber espionage operations, and hacktivism.
  • Cyber Security product delivery experience
  • Able to converse about CTI topics and concepts across Industry Verticals including Life Sciences, State & Local Government, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Heath and Manufacturing
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment, build internal relationships, and foster comradery through victory
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting
  • High energy level, decisiveness, and ability to work well in demanding client environments
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities

Desired Skills:

  • Public Speaking and facilitating/orchestrating presentations to large groups of people at varying levels of an organization
  • Agile Project Management Experience
  • Cyber Security Product Management Experience
  • CTI Threat Hunting & Pivoting Analysis Experience
  • Experience with content management and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, Workboard, and Mural.
  • Experience with Mitre ATT&CK Framework & Implementation
  • Experience with SIEM, TIP, and Orchestration technology
  • Experience with intelligence collection management in a cyber security setting or as part of the intelligence community
  • MA/MS degree in information security, information assurance, cyber security, business administration, or related field
  • Cyber Security Certifications – CISSP, CISM, etc

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is  $152,700 - $190,099 and information on benefits offered is here.
