SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SW/App/Cloud Tech Support Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application to accurately define the business and functional requirements and design the solution in accordance with application management best practices. Clearly articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they have.
  • Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation, and restoration and operate IT production services according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Define release schedule, track, and project manage end to end release activities from requirement to deployment to the production environments by using the applicable SDLC processes.
  • Monitor system and trends to prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, errors, and improve overall performance.
  • Identify inefficient business processes and propose better technical solutions and strategic functionalities and tool implementation to solve key business challenges and improve efficiency and drive digitization and automation. Build strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  • Identify technical efficiencies across the application platform and drive implementation of continual service improvements.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors to be implemented by the team with tangible benefits for the business.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
  • Manage, guide and coach the team members to operate independently, efficiently, and accurately to solve complex business problems and drive tool development and implementation with minimal to no issues.
  • Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
  • Build and manage long term strategic relationships at business unit leadership level by leveraging good customer influence and negotiation skills.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, and listening actively.


Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Leading architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of service delivery systems tooling solutions;
  • Leading a team of two or more consultants and managing their performance in the project and growth within the organization;  
  • Validating and evaluating system architecture to align with technical design specifications;
  • Gathering business requirements for ServiceNow application;
  • ServiceNow platform including AIOps, Chatbots, ITSM, CMDB, ITBM, and Foundation;
  • Integrating cross-technology systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC connections for Cloud technologies related to ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud;
  • Utilizing ITIL, Devops, and Agile frameworks;
  • Utilizing JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and Low-Code/No-Code;
  • Agile Project management and using project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow Project, IT Quality process, and policies in a validated environment; and
  • Collaborating effectively with account teams, client IT teams, and business process teams during pursuit and entire SDLC process for application implementation.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
