Help clients transform and optimize their brand and customer-experience strategies
Design solutions to maximize the reach and relevance of brand interactions across media, website, and physical touchpoints
Identify and track customer segments across channels to model key interactions and deliver a continuum of optimal experiences
Advise clients on ways to measure and improve customer experiences, branding, and other business metrics
Implement change-management initiatives that drive adoption, ease implementation, and position customer-experience solutions for long-term success
Establish long-term client relationships, and support business development efforts when needed
Mentor junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position

Here’s What You Need:
At least 3 years of professional experience in the following:
Using customer analytics to uncover customer preferences, needs, and behaviors and cluster them into related segments
Using channel analytics to track customer experience across IVR, web, retail, call center, mobile, and social channels, and developing differentiated multi-channel customer experience strategies and designs
Designing business cases and calculating ROI on customer strategy initiatives
Building a consistent cross-channel customer experience
At least 3 years of experience in a consulting environment
At least 2 years of project management experience involving team leadership and project leadership
A Bachelor’s degree
Bonus Points If:
You’re a pro when it comes to IVR, web, chat, social media, mobile, retail, and agent customer experience design
You have a multi-industry background in customer experience analysis and design
You’re proficient in customer survey development and creation
You’re comfortable leading customer focus groups
You know how to monetize the voice of the customer or customer experience

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288 – $167,600and information on benefits offered is here.
