You will be developing ServiceNow applications and deliver technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to help streamline clients’ customer interaction and customer service. You will plan ahead and give careful oversight while developing your applications. You will facilitate rollouts of new apps and modules, as well as configure app UI and Workflow. Your work stays fresh with your customized approach to each application. Additionally, you will work on general updates and configuration changes/requests. You will collaborate with your ServiceNow team is to develop and deliver successful solutions for clients.
- Provide software configuration across various technical areas
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
- Develop and design application modules, workflows and catalog requests
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients
- Works independently, collaboratively, and seeks guidance when needed.
Here is what you need:
- 2+ years years experience with ServiceNow application development
- U. S. Citizen
Bonus points if you have:
- Working knowledge of Linux operating system
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
- Experience with System/Process Automation (Orchestration)
- Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
- DevOps experience
- Experience with governance/service management/operations
- An ITIL certification
Compensation for our Development Programs varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, development program, role and skill set. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $90,700 – $147,100
Colorado: $90,700 – $127,100
New York City: $105,000 – $147,100
Washington: $96,600 – $135,200
