Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Responsibilities for the Procurement Operations Analyst include:
Release orders and coordinate material supply and schedule for Builds and upgrades
Execute the Procure to Pay Process
Review Purchase Requisitions (PR)
Work on Request for Quotes (RFQ)
Create PO Root cause
Coordinate and resolve material delivery delays
Work with new product Introduction teams to ensure material availability
Work with warehouse, accounts payable, logistics to resolve issues related to invoice payments and material receipts
Work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to make sure correct master data setups in systems
Provide daily and weekly reporting of metrics to business stakeholders
Work with multiple business stakeholders, engineers, planners Business users and Strategic suppliers
Communicate results to business stakeholders
Conduct root cause analyses and create process desktop procedures
Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
Minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or data analytics roles
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any closely related technical or analytical field
Experience working in Hi tech, with Data Center builds
SQL and data visualization experience
Professional Skills Requirements:
Experience working with BOMs and Contract Manufacturers
Excellent Analytical Skills, with Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets Excel
Outstanding communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
Ability to work in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $39,300.00- 71,499.00 and information on benefits offered is here.
