Job Description

THE WORK: 

o   Pre-Sales & Go to Market – work as part of a core sales team and help shape proposal focused on the business architecture and delivery approach and work with SMEs and technical architects to bring to life solutions to our client during the sales cycle.   

o   Product Development Leadership – working with clients and customer service and field service thought leaders to create a pre-integrated Customer Service solution that uses Salesforce Service Cloud core product it and combines it with industry expertise and other capabilities (e.g., AWS, AI, Automation, etc..) to provide a pre-integrated solution that will enable clients speed to value.  

o   Client Delivery – Provide hands-on leadership to Reimagine Service client transformations by helping lead client workshops, provide delivery excellence advisory support, and help enable our client teams on implementing our pre-integrated solutions.  

o   Talent Enablement – drive a talent enablement plan and coordinate resources that will execute training resources.

Qualifications

Experience: 

o   Minimum 8 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and large-scale business transformation 

o   Minimum 8 years’ experience in a professional services/consulting or industry setting with exposure to a minimum of 3 technology implementation of a full life cycle Salesforce engagement, 

o   Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Salesforce strategy & solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement), advisory, project management, delivery and team management leading high performing teams or business analysis in full lifecycle technology engagements (i.e., you can scope out, plan, and deliver a project on time and on budget) 

    • Experience building teams and helping coach and mentor people and building training programs to scale a practice

o   Bachelor’s Degree 

 

Bonus points if: 

o   You can build an internal business because of your experience in presales and practice growth  

    • You are a leader who can manage and navigate your team through the difficulties of a client project  

o   Salesforce certifications 

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 226,800 – 337,700 and information on benefits offered is here.
