Job Description 

Title:  S&PP COE Analytics | Application Development

Job Summary: 

The Sales & Pricing Performance Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization.  The COE delivers services to portfolios primarily through the Sales Support teams made up of the Sales & Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics and Sales Operations.

This role is for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager capable of leading and influencing BI Strategy.  Experience in building BI solutions to better understand business and enable senior leadership to take informed decisions is needed.  In addition to managing analytical tools and reporting, candidate is expected to provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed. 

Primary responsibilities include:   

  • Manage/Develop applications using Qlikview/Qlik Sense/Power BI/Tableau. 

  • Design and Implement BI strategy for the function. 

  • Manage team of Data Visualization experts. 

  • Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Good Understanding of SQL with ability to create/modify stored procedures/views etc. to enable app development. 

Other requirements

  • Must provide support coverage for at least 50% of the NA working hours 

  • Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs 

  • Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience. 

  • A Minimum of 10 years of experience, which may include:  

    • Experience in leading and influencing BI strategy for the function 

    • Improve customer experience by building robust DV solutions. 

    • Own design, development and maintenance of new/ongoing dashboards. 

    • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis. 

    • Design, develop and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights enabling growth. 

    • Comfortable using tools such as Qlikview/Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI and SQL. 

    • Ability to conduct analysis, develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner. 

    • Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting 

    • Experience with Excel/PowerPivot. 

    • Analytics and Data Visualization experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance or related field. 

    • Experience in toolsets including Excel VBA automation, cube functions, SQL Server, PowerPivot. 

    • Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems will be added advantage. 

    • Strong oral and written communications skills 

    • Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to prioritize own workload and manage downstream stakeholders and resources. 

    • Quality assurance/thoroughness 

    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance 

    • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment.

  • Masters degree in technical field

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,900 - $153,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
