Working with senior client leadership and other senior stakeholders to define, deploy, and execute strategic and tactical initiatives to define the future state of client systems. Support efforts to assess current state, identify business opportunities to optimize value and define the business process and/or future model that will achieve tangible value for the client. Client imperatives may include:
Define and visualize technology strategy
Evaluate and analyze data to support technology strategy
Communicate strategy to leadership team and workforce
Evaluate uptake and execution of strategy
Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy to include stakeholder assessments, communications, and end user training
Facilitate discussions in order to collaborate and obtain concurrence
Business process review
Requirements, communication, and/or change management
Collect and assemble system requirements
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas: business support, business operations, change management, process improvement, or business process redesign
Proficient in Microsoft Office
US citizenship required
Bonus points if you have:
Good written, communication, negotiation with client, organization
