People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.
Manage the development and delivery of industry-led thought leadership and points of view to power our content-led campaigns and marketing activities
Curate, adapt and create a range of sales enablement materials to support the articulation of our offerings (presentations, sales collateral, perspective papers, demos) to specific industries. This also includes working in partnership with business leads to develop and maintain industry playbooks that enable our sales efforts
Create and execute a channel strategy for industries working closely with colleagues across the Accenture M&C community (industry marketing, campaign management, media, service lines) with a particular focus on events and/or events tracks that are industry focused.
Work closely with our internal communications and offering teams to create internal comms activities that educate and engage our industry communities across Accenture Interactive and the wider Accenture when appropriate.
Closely collaborate with colleagues across the wider marketing organization (industry, geography, service lines) as well as our ecosystem partners to maximize opportunities, ensure alignment and take a coherent narrative to the market.
Effectively manage multiple programmes and teams keeping it to agreed timescales and budgets.
Minimum of 7 years professional services marketing experience, creating and implementing extensive marketing programs, preferably in an industry focused role.
Experience of running extensive B2B marketing programs in a professional services environment, preferably in an industry focused role.
Previous experience working within complex, matrix environments
Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams (writers, designers, creative agencies, production companies) bringing creativity, flair, clarity and innovation to our marketing campaigns and assets
Strong competency in developing and delivering content-based marketing campaigns in support of clear business objectives
Strong competence in synthesizing, writing and creating content in a variety of formats
Strong understanding of the sales cycle in a B2B/ industry context
team player and effective leader, able to collaborate and influence at all levels, from our extended marketing team around the world to our business
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is 113,400 - 171,599 and information on benefits offered is here.
