The Client Technology Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of Employee Experience Platforms (EEP) and related technologies for our clients. As a Client Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions, meeting client expectations, and driving excellence in project execution. The Client TDL will manage or provide oversight to functional and technical leads and be responsible for end-to-end technology of Accenture clients during implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Engagement Platforms and associated technologies for clients.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client expectations.

Client Interaction

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the technology delivery process.

  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates on project progress, and address client inquiries and concerns.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.

Technology Implementation

  • Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Engagement Platforms and related technologies, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve implementation challenges and optimize technology solutions for clients.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify and address potential risks and issues.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to support pre-sales activities and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of techno-functional experience in Human Resources domain

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD and / or Zendesk employee experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst or functional architect

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline

  • Deep understanding of Human Resources processes

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD / Zendesk

  • Technical implementation of processes on ServiceNow or Zendesk

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California                                          $93,400 to $224,600

Colorado                                           $93,400 to $194,100

New York                                          $86,500 to $224,600

Washington                                      $99,500 to $206,700
