Supports sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
Initiates digital service kick off for customers
Ensures periodic service reviews to track the service quality across a range of customers
Contributes to onboarding transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
Orchestrates the overall service project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
Supports in de escalations of critical customer situations
Supports critical customer situations in conjunction with Major Incident Management MIM , SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Customer Office teams and SAP Product Support, as applicable activities
Customer Engagement Manager is expected to manage customers. Please note that this role focuses more on the customer side rather than technical.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP technical consultant
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer facing role consulting, IT support and IT services.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Basis
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Cloud
Associates degree or higher
Excellent English communication skills with customer facing experience.
SAP Basis, SAP Cloud and client communication
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
