Duck Creek Delivery Lead professionals manage the design, implementation, and delivery of packaged software solutions that have been developed to accommodate unique insurance business (primarily P&C) and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:  

 

  • Understand the client’s strategic direction and establish near and long-term goals for the Accenture and client team.
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and the Duck Creek platform.
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated ability to identify, shape, and lead management consulting work in the Insurance industry, working collaboratively with client leaders and teams.

     

  • Minimum 6 years of experience implementing the Duck Creek Insurance platform.

     

  • Experience with technologies frequently used in the insurance market space including Oracle, Java, Windows

     

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or systems field (i.e. computer science, engineering, math, management information systems, or systems analysis)

     

  • Open to travel 80-100%

     

 

Preferred Skills:

 

 

 

  • Agile delivery methodology experience

     

  • Insurance Billing experience

     

 

Professional Skill Requirements:

 

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

     

  • Prcommunication (written oven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

     

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.

     

  • Excellent leadership, and oral) and interpersonal skills.
