We are seeking a Program Manager who will provide analysis, assessment, technical or business area expertise in all relevant areas
The PM is the
single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and/or the Contracting
Officer Representative (COR). Responsibilities include:
Oversee project management activities related to routine Task Order management, cost, schedule, and scope management throughout the period of performance
Create, manage and update project plans, work breakdown structures; schedules and resources for the project; report and document delayed, unidentified project activities and other schedule changes; escalate issues and concerns that relate to project cost/scope/schedule.
Monitor quality on a day-to-day basis in accordance with technical requirements throughout the period of performance.
Possesses complex understanding of federal business practices and ability to analyze, evaluate and implement systems or processes.
Successful Candidate will have:
- Project manager with at least five years of experience implementing business process management and ERP solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Program Manager will have experience with pharmaceutical/ biotechnology industry clients (preferred).
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting large consulting firms strongly desired.
- Some understanding of client regulatory review processes.
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
