Our technologies assist our clients with the identification, evaluation of security threats and the subsequent delivery of solutions to remediate these threats. They also anticipate security requirements and identify sound security controls for applications, systems, processes and organizations. We are currently searching for individuals with prior experience and working knowledge of malware analysis, incident management, and/or threat management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring health and wellness - ensure environment is running correctly, efficiently and performance meets customer expectations.
  • Troubleshooting issues - determine root cause of outages, packet drops, issues with parsers/app rules.
  • Improving environment performance - have suggested and made changes to environment variables to increase performance of the deployment.
  • Creating new parsers - Creating new Lua parsers when requested (rare).
  • Responsible for deployment upgrade/migration to be completed by October 31st, 2019.
  • Handling new content requests - data onboarding, workflow creation, field mappings, report creation.
  • Troubleshooting issues - almost always looking into performance concerns, error logs, and/or engaging RSA Support for assistance with troubleshooting issues.
  • Handling environment maintenance and upgrades - writing SOPs for version upgrades and at times consulting on sizing and architectural concerns (SChannel, server hardware, etc).
  • Mediating between client and RSA resources when needed - for example when considering new purchasing of solutions/use cases.


Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 years RSA NetWitness experience in a work environment
  • 6+ months of prior coding/programming experience with LUA parsers
  • US Citizenship (No Dual Citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years IT experience in a work environment
  • RSA Archer Experience
  • Information security experience preferred - Splunk or any SIEM experience preferred

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required

for role.
