The MC Innovation Senior Principal contributes to assets/ offerings and thought leadership to enhance Accenture's marketplace reputation applying deep expertise in business process reengineering within a particular subject area, deep human capital, organization and change expertise.

Job Description

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

  1. Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

  2. Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

  3. Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

  4. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

  5. Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility

  6. Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.



Qualifications


Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements
  • 8+ years of experience leading delivery of one or multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, or comparable discipline

 

Professional Skill Requirements

  • 8+ years of Consulting / Client Relationship Management experience
  • 8+ years of demonstrated team workstream leadership experience
  • Strong client presence. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing functional/technical concepts to all audiences                                                                                          
  • Ability to manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, where repeating tasks are executed efficiently with accuracy and discipline
  • Knowledge of/experience with real estate portfolio optimization methods and tools, lease management/administration methods and tools, and real estate financial data modeling practices and methodologies 
  • Help with the selling process including writing proposals and giving product demos               
  • Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills     
  • Advanced degree or Certification in Business / Real Estate (i.e. MBA, MCR, PMP, etc.)
