You are:

The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment.  The SAP Business Analyst will work closely with architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities .  The SAP Business Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications.  The SAP Business Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported.  The SAP Business Analyst will provide change management and training support.  The SAP Business Analyst is required to participate in pager/on-call support.  The SAP Business Analyst will provide estimates of software development cost and schedule.


The Work:

  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members and executives on and across the project team.
  • Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our and client methodologies. 
  • Provide SAP application support in a timely manner.
  • Analyze, design, troubleshooting, and test break/fix requests and enhancements to SAP modules.
  • Provide change management and training support for SAP enhancements.
  • Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP application. 
  • Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partner team members to gather and interpret functional user/system requirements into system specifications. 
  • Design SAP components to functional and technical programming standards. 
  • Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed. 
  • Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs. 
  • Create operational documentation.
  • Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring as required
  • Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.
  • Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.


Qualifications

Here's what you need:

  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience to include business process, requirements gathering, and testing
  • 6+ years of SAP Developer experience
  • Experience Supporting one or more of the following SAP Modules: MM, PP, FI/CO, HR, SD, EWM, PM, PS, SCM, QM, PLM, PR
  • Experience Supporting one or more of the following SAP Business Processes: PR, PO, Invoice, Receipts, Vendor Master, Discrete Manufacturing, Cataloging and Provisioning, Product Master Management, Technical Data Management, Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management, Goods Receipts, Physical Inventory, Internal Goods Movements, Goods Issues, Batch and Serial Number Management, Delivery Management, Manufacturing / Remanufacturing processes, Material Plant Extensions, Plant Data Creation and Maintenance, Finance Functions (AA, AP, AR, GL, USSGL, Budgetary ledger, billings, cash advances, interest expense, Special Purpose Ledgers), Order Maintenance, Shop floor Execution and Work Assignment in CAMS, Delivery Management, Transfer Orders
  • Technical development experience in following languages/technologies/methods: LSMWs, IDoc based Interfaces, ABAP Query, CAMS Interfaces: Production Order and Master Data, Workflow
  • Experience with one or more of the following: ANSI X12, DLMS, MILSTRIP
  • 2+ years of experience supporting one or more of the following Business Processes: PADDS/SPS Contracting, MIPR Process, MILSTRIP, DoD Funding, e-Procurement, Government year-end and month end processing, FFMIA and SFIS Compliance, Audit Readiness (internal (DoDIG, GAO, AAA) and commercial), DoD LRPs, G-Invoicing, ATAAPS /DCPS, CATS, Payroll, ESS/MSS, SMARTCHAIN interfacing, AWRDS interface, LOGSA interface, NLAC interface, Physical Inventory, Batch Classification, Logistics Reassignment, Data Conversions, Data Migration, Mass Upload, LSMW, Data Utility Program Tools, CAMS Interfaces, ASRS Interfacing
  • Exposure to Production Application Support including system, interface, and batch monitoring
  • Understanding of DoD and Federal Supply Chain processes

Bonus points if:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Change management and/or training experience
  • Experience Supporting and/or interfacing one or more of the following SAP Modules/Capabilities: EWM, SCM, SD, PS, QM, PR, FI/CO, BW, Middleware/PI, MM, PP, IM, PR
  • Experience in any of the following technologies: S/4 HANA
  • Experience supporting report and query development in BW/BI
  • Experience with SAFe / Agile development
  • Experience Identifying & Applying OSS notes
  • US Federal Government IT experience with a focus on Logistics

This role requires US citizenship with no dual US citizenship accepted.
