People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Ensure system stakeholders are aware of changes to DevOps services by managing all the available interaction channels 
  • Define, develop and execute communications to executive levels and technical staff, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to collaborate and share information 
  • Develop, coordinate, and assist in training stakeholders on DevOps services
  • Interact with external stakeholders on behalf of the program and Agency to ensure their equities are represented
  • Define, develop and execute a multi-channel marketing and branding strategy to promote DevOps services and increase its adoption to include website content management, notifications, user and reference guides, FAQs, etc.)
  • Define and implement success KPIs and measures
  • Plan and host workshops, trainings, brown bags, and conferences

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in driving culture change and technology adoption through communications, training, marketing and other workforce engagement strategies
  • Minimum of 2 years managing senior client relationships 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team 
  • Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with SecDevOps priciples
  • Familiarity with SecDevOps agile methodology
  • Graphic design and UI/UX development experience

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
