Job Summary:
 
Do you want to deliver high-quality, custom development using new technologies, DevOps, serverless, agile, industry standards using Cloud/Mobile/API first approaches? Do you have hands on experience developing scalable, robust and well tested code? By Joining Accenture’s internal CIO team, you will have an exciting role and play a crucial part of Accenture’s Internal Technology Team. You will work collaboratively with technologists of all levels, skills, and experiences to help ensure the technology our internal employee’s use is serving its’ purpose and more.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional Software Development experience
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience developing in at least one modern programming language including; Java, C, C++, and/or Python
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Web Applications with multiple frameworks using JavaScript and Angular
  • Minimum of 5 years of Web Services experience that includes RESTful architecture and SOAP protocol while using 1 or more of the following technologies; XML, XPATH, XSLT, or Web2.0
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using JSON, JSON payload, and JSON schema
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience programming in SQL, PL/SQL, and/or T-SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing an Agile team of 5-10 software development engineers
  • Experience completing code reviews
  • Experience with DevOps
  • Experience building scalable distributed systems with service-oriented architectures
  • Deep understanding of software engineering practices, object-oriented analysis & design, design patterns, and algorithms
  • Demonstrated strong technical judgment
  • Basic understanding of security architecture principles
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP HANA, or similar applications
  • Understanding of the tech stack concept and experience working within different levels of that framework
  • Familiarly with .NET and .NET Core
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
