You are: 

Someone who can design and manage a project from A to Z. When you see a problem (or an opportunity) you come up with a process to solve it through technology and strategy.  You’re happiest when you’re not only helping clients with process transformations, but also managing projects and teams, too. You’ve got great people skills. You know how to make teams feel appreciated and you can keep clients and senior leadership engaged along the way. 

 

 

 

The work:  

  • Spot, analyze, and solve business problems with our analytics, methods, and techniques 

  • Put strategic direction for senior management into action to achieve goals 

  • Work closely with senior clients and Accenture team members to offer insights and support 

  • Share insight and use analytics to find new ways of working that put people and process first  

  • Make confident decisions when determining the right methods for new projects 

  • Lead or help manage teams

Qualifications

 

Here’s what you need: 

5 years transforming finance processes with tech and combined data analytics, in consulting and corporate finance 

5 years in program/project management, with experience estimating work effort, resourcing, managing budget, and engaging stakeholders  

Bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of working experience 

 

 

Bonus points if: 

  • 5 years in the worlds of finance and accounting  

  • You’ve designed data management programs, like governance, process, or enabling technologies 

  • You have business case development experience like exec management reporting and analytics 

  • You have expertise in more than one domain such as EPM strategy, financial planning, close and consolidations, and financial analytical reporting 

  • You’ve mastered performance management tech 

  • You’ve got an MBA after your name or another type of advanced degree
