People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.
 
The Service Delivery Operations Lead is responsible for the following:
 
  • Manage team of approximately 30 people
  • Provide daily guidance and direction to team in regards to financial aspects of project. Work areas include Fixed Assets, Procurement, General Ledger, Freight, Inventory Management, and Cost of Goods Sold
  • Regular communication with client
  • Manage month end close process
  • Provide inputs to the existing client business model to help identify opportunities and savings
  • Offer functional expertise to key processes, products and solutions
  • Assist the decision making processes for various business needs
  • Identify and drive improvement opportunities in Source to Pay, Record to Report, Procure to Pay & Order to Cash
  • Apply core management skills such as organizing and planning
  • Support business and functional teams to achieve analytics quality related objectives
  • Understand the systems, processes and tools to derive the desired business results for the client
  • Prepare and update reports/metrics for the management team
  • Support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis
  • Drive quality and process improvement strategy
  • Manage team and provide feedback as deemed necessary
  • Ensure metrics, service level agreements, and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate workflow of process volumes to utilize available capacity
  • Provide ongoing and frequent interaction with management, vendors or clients, as required, to achieve optimum results
  • Maintain all Operational Excellence documentation

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm CST

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience (month end close, reconciliations, reporting, general ledger, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification
  • Operations Service Delivery experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Quality Review
  • Metrics Reporting experience
 
Professional Qualifications
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer/client facing focus
