About Operations Process Transformation 
OPT drives the design and delivery of operations and process led transformations that combine our capabilities to create market differentiation.  We architect and deliver initiatives that achieve rapid and sustainable performance  outcomes for our clients. 
 
In the OPT practice, we work with our clients across a broad range of industries to address key issues related to:       
  • End to End process diagnostics
  • Lean transformation
  • Business Process Management
  • Process complexity reduction
  • Operating Model redesign
  • Process ownership and governance
  • Continuous improvement deployment design

Position Summary
As a Manager, you will responsible for leading teams in our OPT practice. Working directly with senior and C-suite executives, you will provide actionable insights to the world’s top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.

  • Lean transformation
  • Lean change management
  • Deep lean toolset expertise
  • Deep Kaizen experience 



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an external consulting role at comparable level
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Lean improvement initiatives 
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred and Professional Qualifications:
  • Tier 1 strategy consulting firm experience
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • Ability to support both client sales origination and project delivery
  • Ability to effectively manage and coach others
  • Team player; collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills
