Our client is conducting a major system upgrade and migration of the it’s ERP and is in need of additional System Integration support.  The person hired for this role will ensure the integration and integrity of the development, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and programmatic processes.  The role will contribute to the aggressive pursuit of the elimination of redundant efforts, better integration of the overall effort, supporting the upgraded customizations and how the customizations interface with COTS software packages, adoptions of agreed upon Federal data standards, and general resolution of conflicts within scope of the program SOW.  The IT Manager will coordinate activities across stakeholders to help the customer better understand existing HR IT systems and tools, conduct ERP implementation, and extract IT and Security requirements for the future IT system.  The IT Manager will liaise to Agency IT in support of our client.

Qualifications

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship required
  • 3 years Systems Implementation experience (ERP preferred)
  • 3 years of Technical Requirements Capture
  • 3 years of IT Systems Integration experience
  • 4 years experience delivering briefings to senior clients

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
