What will I do in this position? 

SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.

SAP-Human Capital Management professionals design, implement and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. design and configures HR/Time/Payroll processes.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
Delivery or Team Lead with multiple direct reports. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years with a leading Time & Attendance product such as WorkForce Software or Kronos.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
  • Minimum 3 years familiarity with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years or 6 years plus an Associate’s Degree) 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in WorkForce Software Functional PT101
  • Ability to travel on a weekly basis (100%)

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
